Product exchange
If for any reason you want to replace the product you ordered, you can do so for free exchange package with our service.

Online product exchange process:

The Buyer has the opportunity to exercise the right of withdrawal in addition to the with exchange package service - which can be requested 1x in Hungary, in case of full-purchase clothes. In this case, the Customer must indicate in an e-mail which product you want to exchange for which other product available in the Web Store.

After receiving the request, the Service Provider creates an order for the Customer in the Web Store for the selected product in such a way that it indicates the payment by cash on delivery. After that, the Service Provider sends the selected product to the Customer using a courier service, and the Customer must hand over the product to be replaced to the courier.

If the purchase price of the new product is higher than the product to be replaced, the Customer can pay the difference by cash on delivery, if the Service Provider transfers it back to the bank account number indicated by the Customer.

It is also possible to exchange products in person in the NON + Showroom (1126 Budapest, Dolgos u. 2. 4. building), on Fridays, during opening hours.

The use of the exchange service does not exclude the Buyer's right of withdrawal.

Product return conditions:

After receiving the product, the Buyer is obliged to check the content, condition and quality of the product and immediately indicate the contact details of the Service Provider if something is missing or any discrepancy is experienced.

According to Government Decree 45/2014 (ll.26.) On the detailed rules of contracts between a consumer and a business, a Customer who qualifies as a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the date on which the Customer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Customer receives the ordered product. In the case of the supply of several products, it expires 14 days from the day on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Buyer receives the last product. The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal in the period between the date of concluding the contract and the date of receipt of the product. If the Customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he must send a clear statement of his intention to withdraw to the Service Provider (for example, by post or e-mail) at one of the contact details indicated in point 2 of the GTC.

The Buyer exercises his right of withdrawal within the deadline if he sends his statement of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline indicated above.

The condition for issuing the coupon is that the Customer notifies the Service Provider of his intention to do so within 14 days after receiving the Weekly Set product and returns the product to the Service Provider without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the announcement of the statement. as specified in point.


Payment methods for shopping at the webshop:

- The Buyer may pay the purchase price on the Website by credit card payment or at the courier upon delivery in cash or by credit card.
- At FOXPOST machines, you can only pay with a credit card if you choose cash on delivery.
