Himalayan Integrated Silent Meditative Candlelit YOGA PRACTICE + YOGA NIDRA + A LITTLE TREAT | occasionally Sunday afternoons 17:00-19:30 (150 minutes) - IN-PERSON practice at LUANA Body & Soul Studio, by the BAH junction
"Sunday QUIET SESSION"
Conscious practice with the physical body gradually opens the way to the pranic body. By coordinating breathing, attention, and stillness, the nervous system enters into parasympathetic dominance, the flow of life force harmonizes, and internal noise subsides. In the silence, the subtle workings of prana gradually become perceptible, leading to deep regeneration, energetic purification, and mental clarity. The practice takes place in a state of mauna (complete silence) from arrival to departure: by refraining from speech and verbal activity, pranic energy does not lose its strength, it reorients inwards, attention (dharana) deepens, and practitioners leave feeling replenished, in inner harmony and balance.
During a candlelight, quiet practice, body movement and guided relaxation help calm the mind, then lead into the deep, conscious rest of Yoga Nidra. Detachment from the noise of the outside world, maintaining silence, and turning attention inward release stress and tension. By the end of the practice, the body regenerates, the mind finds peace, and a sense of inner stability and harmony emerges.

Important information: the guided practice takes place in complete silence from arrival to departure - participants remain in "internal" silence. Silence is not a rule, but a tool: a supportive space that allows for deeper perception and flow, towards yourself...

About the Himalayan Yoga Tradition
We practice yoga according to the guidelines of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. The Himalayan Yoga Tradition is an unbroken flow of spiritual knowledge originating from the great sages living in the Himalayan cave monasteries.
At the heart of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition's practices is meditation. Every practice and the structure of the class serves this goal. In Himalayan Yoga, physical exercises follow each other in a subtle, quiet flow - the goal is to achieve a more relaxed, deeper state of consciousness and inner stillness - in which relaxation techniques and pranayama - as well as meditation practices are combined and sophisticated, deep experiential methods are imparted.
