PRODUCT RETURN CONDITIONS
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return the purchased product within 14 days of receipt. The exception to the above deadline is the return deadline for products purchased in December, which can be valid until January 15 due to the holidays.
Please note that we can only accept returns for undamaged (not worn, not washed, not rinsed) labeled products!
After canceling your purchase, you have two options:
PRODUCT REPLACEMENT
If for some reason you would like to exchange the product you ordered, you can do so free of charge with our exchange package service in the case of home delivery - which can be requested once within Hungary for full-price clothes. If you have purchased a product on sale and would like to exchange it, you also have the option of requesting an exchange package service, but in this case we will charge the shipping and cash on delivery costs.
Online product exchange process:
1., Click on the “Returns and Exchanges” menu item, enter your order ID number and email address and select the “exchange” option - here, after you have entered the reason for the exchange, you can select which in-stock product you would like to exchange the returned product for - then finalize the process (you need to start as many exchange processes as you want to exchange). As soon as we have notified you that the exchange process has started, you will receive a notification about this to the email address you provided.
2. After that, all you have to do is repack the product/products you want to exchange in the box - in their original condition (not worn, not washed, not rinsed) - and we will send the new product with the exchange package service - free of charge, to the address you provided. The courier will bring a shipping label to your returned package along with the exchange product - this must be attached to the box of the returned product - when you receive the new product.
REFUSAL FROM PURCHASE
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) within 14 days of receiving the returned product - either in the form of a redeemable coupon, or by transfer to the bank account number you provided, or if you paid by card, to the original payment method - the card you paid with.
Online product return process:
1. Click on “Return and Exchange” menu , enter your order ID number and email address and select the “return” option - here, after you have entered the reason for the return, you can choose how you would like the refund to be sent - and then finalize the process. As soon as we have notified you that the return process has started, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided.
2. After that, all you have to do is return the returned product - in its original condition (not worn, not washed, not rinsed) - to this address, within 14 days of receipt:

Please always include the exact address and NONPLUS phone number on the package. We can collect packages during working hours, between 9am and 5pm.
For logistical reasons, it is not possible to personally collect returned products.
3., You can return the returned products free of charge via a GLS machine - all you have to do is generate a code on the GLS interface in 4 simple steps - and repackage the returned product and send it via a GLS machine of your choice. (Be sure to write the package identification code generated on the interface clearly on the returned package.)

The delivery time for products found on the webshop is 2-7 working days for delivery in EU.
