Exchanging products

In case of returns of full price orders, customer have the option to choose from full refund or exchange. If you would like to exchange any products odered from the NON+ webshop, you can use our free package exchange service following these steps online:

1. Send us an email to describing which product you would like to exchange and which product would you like to receive instead. Exchanges can be made only for products currently available in our webshop. If available, please add your original order number too. 

2. Make an order for the required exchange product in our webshop with cash on delivery!

3. Put the exchanging product back in its original box, seal it and wait for our delivery service. Our curier service will collect your exchange box and deliver your new order free of charge.

You can exchange any orders in person during opening hours in our Showroom aswell.


Refunding orders

In any case of unsatisfactory, customers can return any orders within 21 days from the date of receiving the order. Please note that only products in perfect/unused condition can be refunded. In case of refund please please fill out our return form that you can find in the original package and put it next to the refundable product in the box.


Customers have to send back orders to one of the following addresses:

  • NONPLUSZ FASHION Ltd. - MOM Park Post Office, P.O. BOX 1532.
  • NONPLUSZ FASHION Ltd. - 1126 Budapest, Dolgos u. 2. Building Nr. 2. - We can receive packages at this address only on Fridays - please make sure your delivery provider will arrange delivery for Friday.


In case of returns of full price orders, customer have the option to choose full refund. Refunds will be issued by Nonplusz Fashion Ltd. via bank transfer to the bank account given by the customer. In case of returning SALE items a personal coupon will be issued to customer (sent by email) with the amount of the order that can be apply at any next orders in the future.

All charges of return are paid by customers.

Customers take responsibility for damages or lost goods during returns.


The MY+ BOX surprise giftpack is non-refundable.

Delivery time on webshop orders:

  • Delivery time on webshop orders: 2-7 working days.
  • The pieces of the Weekly Set Collections are available as pre-order items therefore shipping time on these items are in all cases 15-25 working days. All other items ordered together with Weekly Set Collections pieces will be shipped together in 15-25 working days.
  • The MY+ BOX surprise giftpack is available during the first two weeks of every month and will be delivered at the end of the ongoing month. All other items ordered together with the MY+ BOX will be shipped together at the end of the ongoing month.


Delivery provider

All items ordered from our webshop will be shipped from the warehouse of our logistic partner. Each order has its unique order number.


Delivery charges

On all orders within Hungary: 990 Ft / approx. 2.9 EUR

On all EU orders (non Hungary): 2.990 Ft /  approx. 8.6 EUR
