#dailyplus - flow towards yourself - AFTERNOON YOGA NIDRA practice

I invite you to a shared candlelit silent practice in a cozy and calming space on Tuesday evenings - through the deep and relaxing meditative flow of the Himalayan Yoga practice.

“The magic of silence is completeness”
Swami Veda Bharati

Himalayan Integrated Silent Meditative Candlelight YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE | Tuesday afternoon 4:30-6:00 PM (90 minutes)

"A pinch of SILENCE"

Yoga Nidra is a deep, guided relaxation that simultaneously releases physical, emotional and mental tensions, harmonizing the nervous system and supporting regeneration. Conscious practice on the border between sleep and wakefulness provides more effective relaxation than traditional relaxation, and creates inner peace that is sustainable in the long term.

A candlelit, quiet practice, where after a short, gentle movement, we arrive at the deep, alert rest of Yoga Nidra - the body regenerates, the mind quiets, and presence deepens.

Yoga passes

Through slow, quiet practices, you will experience what it is like to be fully present. The pass gives you the opportunity to regularly return to this inner space – where the flow of movement and the sense of the present moment merge. In this way, the practice slowly and naturally weaves calmness and awareness into your everyday life.

About the Himalayan tradition

We practice yoga according to the teachings of the Himalayan Tradition, an uninterrupted stream of spiritual knowledge that comes from the great sages who live in the cave monasteries of the Himalayas.

Meditation is at the heart of the practices of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. Every practice and the structure of the class also serves this purpose. In Himalayan Yoga, physical exercises follow each other in a gentle, quiet flow - the goal is to achieve a more relaxed, deeper state of consciousness and inner stillness - in which relaxation techniques and pranayama - and meditation practices are combined and refined, deep experiential methods are transferred.
