The phases of the Moon and the essence of womanhood are deeply intertwined. The Moon's shape changes day by day, creating the rhythm of the lunar cycle — a 28-day, continuously repeating cycle that flows from one New Moon to the next. This cycle reflects not only the rhythms of the body and soul but also mirrors the natural world and the changing seasons. With its mysterious and receptive glow, the Moon symbolizes the feminine quality — it brings both strength and softness, reminding us that every cycle, whether physical or emotional, is meaningful and valuable. By observing the Moon’s phases, we can become more aware of the physical and emotional processes unfolding within us — and how we relate to our own inner rhythm. During these evening sessions, we gently release tension through guided relaxation, and from this deep state of calm, we softly enter the silence of meditation. By purchasing a pass — or gifting one — you give yourself the opportunity to regularly return to this peaceful inner space, where awareness and inner stillness can slowly become part of your everyday life.
About the Himalayan tradition
We practice yoga according to the teachings of the Himalayan Tradition, an uninterrupted stream of spiritual knowledge that comes from the great sages who live in the cave monasteries of the Himalayas.
Meditation is at the heart of the practices of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. Every practice and the structure of the class also serves this purpose. In Himalayan Yoga, physical exercises follow each other in a gentle, quiet flow - the goal is to achieve a more relaxed, deeper state of consciousness and inner stillness - in which relaxation techniques and pranayama - and meditation practices are combined and refined, deep experiential methods are transferred.
