I invite you to a shared candlelit silent practice in a cozy and calming space on Tuesday evenings - through the deep and relaxing meditative flow of the Himalayan Yoga practice.

"Meditative FLOW"
A slow, quiet practice based on experiencing maximum attention to ourselves - we become aware of the sensations of the present moment through the flow of movements - thus we move away from the stimuli of the outside world towards a deeper, quieter state of consciousness, where the mind is joyful and calm.

• Gentle closing of the silent practice – with aromatic oil touch
• The session is guided by: Sarolta Kiss
• Yoga props and mats are provided on site.
• The number of participants is limited, so registration is required. Please sign up by clicking the “REGISTER” button. Your spot will be confirmed once you receive the confirmation email.
• Contribution to the practice:
Regular class – yoga practice (1.5 hours): 5,000 HUF / person
Holiday class – yoga practice + yoga nidra (2 hours): 6,000 HUF / person

About the Himalayan tradition
We practice yoga according to the teachings of the Himalayan Tradition, an uninterrupted stream of spiritual knowledge that comes from the great sages who live in the cave monasteries of the Himalayas.
Meditation is at the heart of the practices of the Himalayan Yoga Tradition. Every practice and the structure of the class also serves this purpose. In Himalayan Yoga, physical exercises follow each other in a gentle, quiet flow - the goal is to achieve a more relaxed, deeper state of consciousness and inner stillness - in which relaxation techniques and pranayama - and meditation practices are combined and refined, deep experiential methods are transferred.
