This is what we strive for in our #dailyplus yoga classes and events - a slow, quiet practice based on experiencing maximum attention to ourselves, where we become aware of the sensations of the present moment through the flow of movements - thus freeing ourselves from the stimuli of the outside world, we move towards a deeper, quieter state, where the mind is joyful, smiling and calm.
