We recommend burning the candle for no more than 3 hours at a time, or until the melted wax reaches the edge of the glass to avoid a wax tunnel. Allow the wax to solidify, then trim the wick back to 0.5 cm before relighting. Always leave at least 0.5 cm of melted wax at the bottom of the candle to protect the glass and the surface underneath from excessive heat. The wooden lids can also be used as candle coasters to protect delicate surfaces, or as candle testers to extinguish the flame.
We recommend that you wash the candle jar after use and reuse it as a tealight holder or for storage, or separate it and recycle it.

Our personal care products are made in Denmark. They are vegan and cruelty-free, we prefer certified organic ingredients, and we list exact quantities on all labels. The candle wax is made from Swedish rapeseed oil, which is traceable, sustainably farmed, and non-GMO. We create a blend that burns as steadily and slowly as our previous wax bases, but with less environmental impact.
