We recommend this essential oil blend for those who desire to experience silence. The Meditation essential oil blend contains frankincense, balsam fir and elemental helps create inner peace in our environment and within ourselves .

It can be used in the evening, during quiet hours, during bedtime stories, in yoga rooms, at home yoga, or with meditation/prayer.

• Can be used during pregnancy.
• Can be used during breastfeeding.
• Not for use under 1 year of age.
• Contains 100% pure and natural, tested essential oils.
• The scent and color of natural essential oils may vary slightly. The opacity or appearance of sediment in the essential oil does not indicate a quality defect.
• Seek the advice of a qualified aromatherapist regarding the use of essential oils!

Application

> Can be used vaporized, in massage oil, applied to the wrist, or used in the bathtub.
• For vaporization: Add 8-10 drops, depending on the size of the space, to the water-filled part of the vaporizer. Do not leave the vaporizer unattended!

Do not use in a child's room under 1 year of age, but you can diffuse it in the rest of the apartment.

Meditation essential oil blend contains photosensitizing components. In case of skin contact, the affected skin area should not be exposed to sunlight or solarium for 24 hours after application.

Use is not recommended in case of individual sensitivity or allergy to any of its ingredients. No side effects or interactions are known. Do not apply the product to the skin. Do not use a damaged product. Care must be taken to avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes (mouth, nose)!

Recipe

> Bath salt for a relaxing, harmonizing bath:
10 drops Meditation essential oil blend
2 heaped tablespoons of salt
• Once the tub is full of water, add the mixture to the salt and place it in the water, then enjoy the beneficial effects of the essential oils for at least 20 minutes.

> Massage oil:
8-10 drops Meditation essential oil blend
15-20 ml apricot kernel oil (prunus armeniaca)
• Use this blend if you desire calm, concentration, and silence.
