Application

> It can be used by vaporizing, applying to the wrist, adding to massage oil, or using in bath salts.
• For vaporization: Add 8-10 drops, depending on the size of the space, to the water-filled part of the vaporizer. Do not leave the vaporizer unattended!

Winter Dream essential oil blend contains photosensitizing components. In case of skin contact, the affected skin area should not be exposed to sunlight or solarium for 24 hours after application.

Recipe

> For a soothing, calming bath:
15 drops Winter Dream essential oil blend
2 heaped tablespoons of salt
• Once the tub is full of water, add the mixture to the salt and place it in the water, then enjoy the beneficial effects of the essential oils for at least 20 minutes.

> Firming and nourishing body scrub for dry winter skin:
10 drops Winter Dream essential oil blend
5 ml coconut oil (sesamum indicum)
a handful of table salt
• Mix the ingredients and scrub your body with the body scrub directly after showering. Then wash yourself with clean water and massage the remaining oil and water mixture into your body. The oil and water emulsion will wonderfully nourish your skin, while the essential oil
